5. Liability and Disclaimers

   • The course provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of course materials or the inability to receive a certificate due to non-compliance with course requirements.

   • Enrollment in this course does not constitute a contractual obligation for employment, certification, or endorsement in any field.
